On July 20th, school officials received a second subpoena asking for a list of documents between several local companies such as GAC and school administrators. They received the first subpoena sometime last year.
Assistant US Attorney Stephen Kunz demanded any and all documents between the School District and GAC contractors, Baldwin Container Company, Gulf Container, LLC and BCC Waste Solutions.
Any communications between Superintendent Bill Husfelt, Bay District School board members, every district department head and Andrew Rowell, Jason Tunnell, Steven Clements and GAC employees were in the subpoena as well.
The US Attorneys Office will be presenting all of the evidence to a grand jury.
The requests also involve the Tommy Oliver stadium project.
